He was born in a small town in Talaud island on February 1974, he was finished his study about electricity school (STM) Bitung North of Sulawesi. In 1995 he is one of a founder of Sulawesi Conservation for flora and Fauna called KOFFAS. He was a birding tour guide in 1996. In the year 1999 to 2008 Hendry Palamia also a member of North Sulawesi Animal Rescue Center. In 2014 he join the VIT Tours as a bird guide Sulawesi and Halmahera islands.
